Space City Orthodontics - Spring

We are Newley moved to this area. My daughter is already in braces and we have had to transition her to a new orthodontist. Space city and the staff have made it a really easy experience. Joanna has been a great communicator through the process checking in and helping with getting all our information. The other staff Holly, Jordan and Paige were all super friendly, kind and helpful when we came into the office. Overall great experience so far.

So glad I found this place. We met with 5 different ortho’s and this place stood out above the rest. Exceptional staff keeping us well informed throughout the consultation and evaluation process for my son’s phase 1 treatments, even taking the time to answer all my questions at length post consultation (thank you Joanna!!) to make sure I understood the treatment plan. So grateful for their patience and care. Excited to start treatment with this office. I want to give another shoutout to Nicole, the practice director, who also called us to see if we needed help with understanding the plan, had any questions or needed help going over finances and options, she really blessed me with her care and help and help solidify our decision to go with Space City for our boys care. I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience at Space City Orthodontics! A special thank you to Silvia for making the process of getting my daughter’s braces so smooth and stress-free. She was patient, kind, and made my daughter feel comfortable the entire time. Silvia also did an excellent job explaining the aftercare process. I’m so glad we chose Space City Orthodontics for my daughter’s braces. Highly recommend!

I went to space city orthodontist 4/27/26. I wanted the Smile Express Invisalign and I paid my $100 deposit that day to get started. I went to my dentist appointment that following Wednesday 4/29/26 and found out that my fillings progressed and that I needed a root canal on both sides. I called Space city immediately to inform them that I needed to cancel my contract due to having to get a root canal and that I wouldn’t be able to wear my aligners properly without interruption. The front desk transferred me to my treatment coordinator and she asked if I wanted to pause the contract or cancel it. I told her I’d like to cancel it and focus on healing fully and take care of my root canal. She told me she would keep me updated on my deposit being returned and cancel my contract. That was Thursday 4/30/26. I never received a follow up call. 1 week+ passed and I called again. The front desk transferred me again and my coordinator “didn’t remember me” or the call we had. I worked in HR in the Army for years so, I’m confused on why notes weren’t in place to have records of the conversation and what was discussed. That’s horrible customer service! She informed me that I’d get another call

My daughter recently had her expander placed, and we had such a great experience. Dental Assistant Sylvia was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything so both my daughter and I felt comfortable. She made what could have been a nerve-wracking appointment feel calm and easy. We truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this office!
